JP is a Lancaster, PA native whose background extends to sales, arborist, golf, gaming, and hunting. JP has been stretching his skillset in sales & marketing for over 2 years working in family-owned and large scale companies. It was only a matter of time before the inception of Monarch Sales, Inc. was to come to life. JP leads from the front at Monarch making it a priority to be successful and bringing his team along to see the endless possibilities.

Kelsey grew up in South Florida, but moved around quite a bit which is probably why she is great at building relationships with every individual she comes in contact with! Her leadership skills shine within the office and she’s always the first one to lend a helping hand. She has been with Monarch for a year and a half and in her time with us has only grown both as an individual and professionally. In her free time you can catch her enjoying, crocheting watching crime shows like Law and Order SUV and spending time with her son, Josiah or as his preferred name, Spiderman.
